- Supplementary charges
1. £8.00 per day for short stay (less than 14 nights)
2. Extra adult supplement (+16) for each extra adult over 2 is £3.00 per day.
3. Electricity use, paid up front upon booking or on arrival in local currency 2000 rupees per week. Or a deposit of 5000 rupees (based upon a 2 week stay) to be held from which electricity usage costs deducted at end of stay based upon meter reading. This is to cover high costs of running air conditioning systems and avoid ecessive and abusive use of (ie keeping on 24 hours a day). We advise to give a deposit and then use Air Conditioning only when needed in the evening. Charges should not be significant then.
Long term rental fees 1 month+ negotiable. - Transfers to and from airport are organised and payable to driver.
Car Hire also can be organised from at very competetive rates of 900 - 1100 rupees per day for a less than 1 year old car with air con. - Booking excursions can also be organised at competitive rates.
